I'm still working on this book. It was the text for a class Kevin and I went to this past summer. A friend who we really respect taught the class. Our chiropractor also recommended the book. The three principles the book talks about are 1. Eat what was created for food. 2. Eat it unprocessed. 3. Don't become addicted to any food/drink.
