Bancroft

The kids and I are in Bancroft visiting my parents for a few days.

We made applesauce - sort of a tradition now. Our oldest, almost 8 now, uses a big clever to chop apples and the others help with the process too (cranking, stirring, adding sugar and red hots and of course tasting). The youngest enjoyed tasting.

I'm currently at the local library. My parents have dial up and the phone line is down. So, I'm using the Internet here at the Shiawassee Township Branch of the Community District Library. My mom was the librarian here for years. No computers when she started. How things change.
Well, I'm going to try to check my e-mail. I was getting a blank screen earlier so I'm not sure what's going on. Oh, how fun computers can be.
