Glasses

My mom used to say that she and my dad figured their kids would need glasses, braces and narrow shoes.

Well, my husband and I were expecting our kids to need glasses. As you can see in the photos our two oldest now have glasses. They don't need them all the time since they are both near-sighted. But, they will have them for school - so they can see across the classroom.

It is amazing how much older glasses make kids look! They look great, but two years older. Well, maybe the one year is because we haven't seen them in a year. :)

I'm half blind, but so far so good for my kids. DH didn't get glasses until jr. high, I think, so there is some hope for them.
